Details
Our
free postage offer covers surface mail from us within the UK, and airmail
to Europe. North American sales will be handled directly by our distributors
in Chicago. Games to these destinations should arrive quickly. Free postage
sales to the rest of the world will also be sent via surface mail, and
so may take a little while to reach their destination.
If you do not live in Europe, the USA or Canada and would like
your games(s) quicker, you can opt for air mail option.
Summary:
UK:
Your copy will be sent out via Royal Mail standard parcel post. This should
take 1-3* days to arrive.
Europe:
These copies will be sent out via UK Royal Mail airmail service and should
take about 1 week* to reach you.
North
America:
Ice Flow orders from the USA and Canada are being handled by FRED
Distribution in Chicago, IL.
Your game(s) should reach you within a few days* of your order.
Rest
of the World:
If you click the airmail option, your game(s) will be sent out via UK
Royal Mail airmail service and should reach you within a week*. For
free offer surface mail orders, we will use UK Royal Mail standard parcel
post, which can take 8-12 weeks*, but in our experience can be considerably
quicker.
