If you pre-ordered
ICE FLOW and have hot yet received your copy, please contact
us.
UK:
Your copy will be sent out via Royal Mail standard parcel post. This should
take 1-3* days to arrive.
Europe:
These copies will be sent out via UK Royal Mail airmail service and should
take about 1 week* to reach you.
North
America:
Orders from the USA and Canada are being handled by FRED Distribution
in Chicago, IL. Your copy of ICE FLOW should reach you within a
few days* of your order.
Rest of
the World:
If you click the airmail option, your game will be sent out via UK Royal
Mail airmail service and should reach you within a week*.
For surface mail orders, we will use UK Royal Mail standard parcel post, which can take 8-12 weeks*, but in our experience can be considerably quicker.
