Mailing Details (updated 9th July 2008):
ICE FLOW arrived here on Friday 30th May 2008. Pre-ordered copies
were sent out on Monday 2nd June. More details on the progress of pre-orders
will be posted below as it becomes available...
UK:
All UK pre-orders were sent out via Royal Mail standard parcel post on
Monday 2nd June. You should have your copy by now; please contact us if
this has not arrived.
Europe:
All European pre-orders were sent out via Royal Mail airmail service on
Monday 2nd June. You should have your copy by now; please contact us if
this has not arrived.
The Americas:
If you clicked the airmail option, your game was sent out via UK Royal
Mail airmail service on Monday 2nd June. We have been receiving notification
as these copies have been arriving, so you should have your copy by now.
ICE FLOW has now arrived with our North American distributors, FRED Distribution in Chicago, IL. US/Canadian surface mail orders were sent out on Tuesday 8th July, and should arrive with individuals soon after this date. Thank you for your patience.
Rest of the World:
If you clicked the airmail option, your game was sent out via UK Royal
Mail airmail service on Monday 2nd June and should reach you within 7-10
days*. We have received notification that these copies have been arriving,
so you should have your copy by now.
For surface mail orders, we have used UK Royal Mail standard parcel post, which can take 8-12 weeks*, but in our experience this can be considerably quicker. In fact, some of these copies have arrive already; however, please be patient.
