Who will have to pay UK VAT (value added tax)?
We are legally obliged to charge VAT at 17.5% to anyone living in one of the 27 European Union States (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, The UK, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Cyprus, The Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria). Everyone else can order the game VAT free.
What about local taxes?
Fagin's Gang will be shipped from either the UK or Germany. Ludorum Games cannot be reponsible for additional import taxes in your country, state or region. So please check what these may be before you buy.
I'm in the EU, but Paypal does not show VAT for my region. Is there a problem?
Probably not. Paypal must establish where you live before deciding whether or not to add VAT. If you are in the EU, UK VAT will be added AFTER you have entered your payment details, but BEFORE you confirm your payment.
Is there a pre-order deposit scheme:
Not anymore. We did offer this previously, with some success. Now we have stock to sell, we have switched to our FLAT RATE POSTAGE scheme. See here for details.
Do you offer worldwide delivery?
Yes. In fact the current flat rate postage pre-pay scheme is valid worldwide. Once FAGIN'S GANG has been launched postage will be set at a flat-rate worldwide, so players in Sydney and Sapporo will pay the same as those in San Franciso and Solihul.
How many can I order?
As many as you can afford, and we can supply from our first edition run!
